Will a robot recruiter be hiring you for your next job?

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”topfeed-summary-list”]

  • “The benefits are huge,” says Eyal Grayevsky, CEO of Mya Systems, which has created an AI recruiter called Mya.
  • Job candidates, meanwhile, benefit by receiving a guaranteed response from Mya.
  • Frida Polli, CEO of Pymetrics, which uses AI to pair people with suitable jobs, says robo-recruiters can also help employers become more diverse by removing some of the unconscious bias in the hiring process.
  • • The AI interviewer – – When a candidate applies for a job online, Mya introduces herself and initiates a dynamic, written conversation – similar to a text message format.
  • • The next stage – – If the candidate is a match, Mya will schedule an interview with a human hiring manager.

76% of Job Seekers Prefer to Apply Through Career Site

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”topfeed-summary-list”]

  • Through surveying more than 23,000 job seekers across more than 100 countries and analyzing hundreds of employers’ career communication channels, Potentialpark can now share what Online Talent Communication looks like today and how it may look in the future.
  • More job seekers are turning to Social Networks and Professional Networks to complement companies’ career websites.
  • Job seekers identify Facebook (15%) as the first channel after career websites and online application systems, as the medium companies should use to offer career related information and activities.
  • PotentialPark’s findings demonstrate that a company’s career website is for 76% (-2%) of the US respondents, still the preferred way of submitting an application.
  • Though career websites are the number one place for applying for jobs (59%), complicated Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) result in a dropout rate of 48% of applicants.

  • Myself and a friend was travelling to Delhi Ghandi Airport on January 11th 2018 and driver seemed to nod of or something either way he ploughed down a human being and refused to stop.
  • Security escorted us to the police station at terminal 3 where I returned after safely seeing my very upset close friend in pieces to the terminal.
  • I returned only to see the driver in his phone to Uber I assume.
  • I wrote a statement and between the police and the driver having a nice chat I was ushered out of the station oh but here is the kicker he asked me for the taxi fare!
  • Uber the way they have treated this both India and here should be ashamed.

  • Tower Hamlets Council’s joint Trade Unions are increasingly concerned about a new trend toward mass redundancies for Council Staff.
  • Previously, despite substantial reductions in funding, the Council has worked with Trade Unions to avoid compulsory redundancies and to protect advances made in equalities issues over many years.
  • It is of particular concern that Trade Unions have noticed that BME and female staff appear to be disproportionately affected; potentially reversing gains on equalities that took many years to achieve.
  • The joint unions are now petitioning the Council; calling for a review into the conduct of organisational reviews to ensure that they are conducted within the ethos of this Council to uphold equalities, value the workforce, and provide value for money by avoiding unnecessary redundancy and recruitment costs.
  • We the undersigned petition the council, throught the GP committee or other appropriate bodies, to conduct an audit of organisational reviews within LBTH to ensure that they are conducted within the ethos of this Council to uphold equalities, value the workforce, and provide value for money by avoiding unnecessary redundancy…
