Responsibilities

Accurately and timely process services and dogs into Gingr (reservations, check in/outs, departure services, exercise services, private play, etc.) Work with other departments (Playroom, Boarding, Grooming, etc.) to ensure proper communication and forms (i.e. leash list, bath list, food list, etc.) Take payments and provide change to customers Maintain a neat and organized area at the desk Communicate with other desk staff to keep everyone updated on customer service issues Create birthday and thank you cards for customers Maintain and respond to Code Reds and Code Greens Maintain notes in the Google Doc Timely respond to emails Provide camera to playroom for social media photos and upload and maintain accounts Other projects as directed by Supervisor Customer Service

Responsibilities

Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries and issues Run dogs from our lobby to their appropriate playroom, and then back at the end of the day Respond to questions from customers and provide information about dogs, such as behavior, habits, and facility activities Create and sustain professional long term relationships with customers Ensure all customers have a positive interaction (i.e. 10-4 rule) Handle customer concerns in a proactive and professional manner Overall, create and maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere Meet assigned Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Goals Minimum

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication Team-oriented Familiar with Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar A customer-centric mindset Proven success and comfort with managing multiple priorities Ability to plan, negotiate, and problem solve Adaptable to unexpected situations and problems Two or more years of relevant Customer Service/Sales experience Attention to detail Positive, Can
