DX Professional Services Sales Team &

Compensation

The Professional Services sales team will eventually be organized by industry verticals. Experience in new business development and sales (new logo) within the Healthcare, technology, logistics, hospitality, and retail sectors will be a plus. Compensation based on a competitive base salary, plus commission. Commission based on professional service revenue sold, profitability of successfully delivered consulting engagements, as well as omni-channel platform license and usage revenues sold.

Job Responsibilities

End-to-end responsibility for executing the DX Professional Services strategic sales plan for securing new global clients. This includes but is not limited to driving marketing campaigns, prospect targeting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-closing participation in ongoing account management and optimization activities.
Collaborate with Marketing to define DX Professional Services campaigns, lead coordination the development of demos with ITResearch and drive DX professional services business expansion/collaboration opportunities; develop, in conjunction with senior management, DX services growth and market expansion plan.
Prospect for opportunities in non-voice channels and identify niches that have strategic potential to maximize global market reach.
Identify and validate new industry verticals and market opportunities where DX professional services are native and emerging.
Aggressively build a predictable DX professional services pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues.
Execute go-to market plans via targeted campaigns and other sales channels including influencers, conference attendance, industry events, etc. Collaborate with traditional contact center seat sales teams when client solutions required a digital transformation professional services in conjunction with contact center seat sales.
Help drive a culture of team selling, vs individual selling.
Develop targeted presentations about Everise, DX Professional Services, Exage Omni
- Channel solutions, and technology support services.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure collaboration and high quality of deliverables. Submit and handle RFPs/proposals with full ownership and accountability for the opportunity

Qualifications

BS/BA in Business or related field preferred or minimum of Ten (10) years of sales experience and five (5) years of digital transformation professional services sales experience, including near / offshore delivery locations with proven track record of success.
Must prove and possess the ability to sell end to end DX professional services advisory engagements. Creative, intuitive, persuasive transformational solutioner, highly motivated and competitive with strong initiative, prospecting, technical acumen and sales close ability.
Possesses established and current relationships with C-level and BU decision makers. Ability to penetrate large deal accounts and leverage relationships to move across business units.
Must possess a proven track record for prospecting and closing new business within 6 month sales cycle in professional services, content moderation, chat, social media management, streaming, back office, etc..Proven experience in business planning; development of account sales and relationship management plans with proven results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Office365, Video Conferencing software and especially the use of Microsoft Team for collaboration and document management.
Must possess excellent time management skills.
Must be a strategic thinker able to pivot during discussions leveraging strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
