Venue Technical Support Lead
Tide Group is seeking a Venue Technical Support Lead position to provide Information Technology (IT) integration and services in support of IT Cyber Technologies evaluationsassessments events for Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO). The position will directly support event activities, and resource planning for event cyber training events held at facilities at Ft. Gordon and other local area venues. The individual will collect input from a variety of sources, prepare for and coordinate activities, and complete other scheduling and planning tasks, as assigned. The individual will assist in the development of work plans to fulfill event requirements while developing milestone schedules or other documented plans for each event. The individual will support event management and administrative activities including manpower and resource planning for event support including direction to event and or venue staff for event execution. This position also analyzes the results of workflow plans, monitors the operating system(s) and recommends changes to improve processing and utilization. Position Responsibilities and Expected Duties Directs event space management and be responsible for setupbreakdown to default configurations. Coordinate venue design (space utilization, inventory trackingallocation of furniture and equipment). Coordinate with outside staffs or agencies for event support. Determine networking capacities, reliability, and make recommendations to augment andor enhance existing communications networks. Provide technical problem diagnoses and resolution support for technologies supporting the assessment environment. Attend to and support the validation of cyber requirements within the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) Assist the Cyber Subject Matter Experts to validate and research current Army Cyber Warfare posture Assist the assessment leads to gather reportsevaluationsassessments as necessary Document assessment test plans and use cases Support capability events conducted by the Applied Cyber Technology as necessary Provide weekly (minimum) updates to Applied Cyber Technology for work performed and ongoingfuture projects. Coordinate with outside staffs or agencies for event support. ongoing status and technical information communications with internal program management personnel, Senior Engineers, Technicians, and Project Managers. Local travel may be required on an interim basis Required IAT Level I certification Strong applications skills (Excel, MS Project, Power Point, and similar applications) Active Secret Clearance Minimum 3 years of experience with evaluating and or assessing cyber technologies to include establishing and applying logical steps toward determining their operational benefit. 5 years of experience with leading teams of highly qualified individuals using Goal management Leadership Teamwork Communication and Risk management. Desired Bachelorrsquos Degree in computer sciences or similar or equivalent experience Experience with evaluating and or assessing cyber technologies to include establishing and evaluating future capabilities as well as provide solutions to current problems.
