Trainer, Manufacturing

Overview.
Responsible to coordinate and schedule training activities within manufacturing operations and deliver training on procedures associated with manufacturing employee/position curriculums. Provides other administrative support as required. Responsibilities.
Coordinate, schedule and provide training materials for all training activities within manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with cGMPs and position/employee curriculums. This includes but is not limited to coordinating missing requirements reports, preparing paperwork to create/modify position/employee curriculums and obtaining approvals. Deliver Packer/Machine Operator Core training during New Employee Orientation. Perform and ensure timely ISOtrain data entry. Create and maintain training reports. Draft Job Aids, Knowledge Checks and Skill Check Qualifications. Execute change controls for manufacturing operations. Track SOPs for biennial review. Work closely with manufacturing management to ensure adherence to due dates. Initiate Disruptions to Controlled Areas (DCEs) for maufacturing , as needed..Interface with various departments/groups on special projects as assigned by Supervisor and prepare paperwork as required in support of assigned projects. Participate in monthly training audits. Work closely with manufacturing management to ensure that internal and regulatory audit commitments are processed in a timely manner. Qualifications.
Candidate must be customer-focused, self-motivated, detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel. Must have ability to handle large volume of work while maintaining accuracy. Prior training experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but will accept any training/teaching experience. Candidate must demonstrate the skills required to be an effective presenter of difficult and comprehensive subject matter. Education and/or

Experience

High school education or its equivalent.
Working knowledge of computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite).Strong writing skills. Experience with ISOtrain or other learning management system preferred. Minimum 3 years as a subject matter expert (SME) in a functional pharmaceutical discipline or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical processing. Notification to Agencies.
