Overview The Technical Support Analyst in Little Rock serves as a second level of contact for end-user support for both internal and external issues. You will support customers on standard technical issues relating to applications and desktop products, and client services products.


Escalate complex issues to higher level staff.
Work is assigned and general instructions given for routine work more detailed instruction is provided for new projects.
Apply knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems.
Analyze issues, and use experience and judgment to make decisions.
Value the importance of customer satisfaction and understand how ones actions impact customer satisfaction.
Gauge how quality, reliability and timeliness affect the customers workissues and their perception of ResCap.
Use communication that demonstrates concerninterestempathy in the customers problems and needs.
Professional and clear written communication (coherentaccurate) Communicate frequently with the customer about the status of activities.
Value others' input and expertise and be w illing to learn from others.
Promote team cooperation and support team decisions even if different from own views.
Apply new technical approaches to best resolve customer problems.
Consider cost of various business actions or alternatives in determining customer solutions.

Be able to understand multiple causal links and potential causes of events, consequences of actions, or multiple-part chains of events Analyzes relationships among several parts of a problem or situation.


Knowledge of standard support issues and solutions related to applications and hardware Ability to communic ate with internalexternal customers regarding issues resolution.
