Senior Application Support with SWIFT Alliance This is a Long Term Contract Overview 1. Experience supporting Payments Systems SWFT (SAA, AWP and SAG) 2. Hands on experience supporting Anti
- Money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring Systems (Actimize) 3. Experience supporting Payment filtering and reconciliation solutions including understanding business work flows The individual will join the existing team of 6 to support Application and Database Services Team maintaining operations for the Bankrsquos IT environments within North America. The candidate will work closely with various other teams within North America IT, IT teams across the UK, and local Business users.
ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks and Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to middot Supporting Banks core Applications , in-house developed and 3rd Party developed which are hosted internally middot Windows 2008, 2012 and 2016 (configuring and installation of applications) middot ACBS - Banks Core Lending System middot Swift Payment System SAA, AWP and SAG (RHEL platforms) V 7.3 middot Support, Actimize, Flex.

Nets and PEGA - Actimize Sam V9.0 - Simulation V1 - Proactive V7.6 - ACBS V 8 ACBS - Banks Core Lending System
- Flexcube V12 middot IBM WebSphere Application server middot IBM MQ middot Working knowledge of SQL Oracle databases middot Basic experience in Backup and Recovery middot Working Knowledge of Privilege Account usage tools. I.e. CyberArk middot Apache.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues middot Good knowledge of Operating Systems Windows, UNIX, and LINUX middot Citrix platforms middot Work as part of a project team to coordinate application development and projects middot Produce comprehensive system documentation middot Adhere to established SLAs in responding to and completing service tickets, including providing a high level of customer support, detailed root cause analysis, and trouble reports for system outages middot Adhere to established departmental operational policies and procedures middot Daily monitoring of all production applications and systems middot Analyse operating systems, middleware components, and third-party vendor systems to determine what patches are required, then coordinate across groups to ensure patch levels are met middot Support EOD batching process for the North American Business (Standby support monthly rotation ) middot Support Business hours 7am ndash 6pm (Shift rotation on monthly bases) Education, Experience and technical Skills Required middot Bachelorrsquos degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline with at least five (5) years of related experience, or equivalent training andor work experience middot Knowledge of standardsregulations impacting information Technology and Business operations (e.g.
DFS, AML, OFAC and SWIFT CSP) Key skills and knowledge required middot Ability to work under pressure and prioritize to successfully deliver service to agreed levels middot Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities middot Good communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups in IT Operations and Development, as well as external entities and executives middot Ability to articulate IT subject matters to both IT and non
- IT personnel middot Ability to share technical knowledge to assist in the development of other team members middot Excellent team players able to both hand over and assume responsibility for tasks that require follow up activity across time zones.
