Strategy and Compliance Analyst with Security Clearance

The Strategy & Compliance Analyst will assist with strategy development and implementation and on compliance guidance development and implementation.

Responsibilities

* Executive level planning, programming, budgeting, and the execution and evaluation of programs
* Policy and strategy review and analysis, including the examination, evaluation and providing recommendation on various policies and procedures
* Assist client with development of strategy metrics to measure process improvement over time, and conduct methodical research of both current and proposed policies and strategies
* Use existing and create new forms for metric tracking and reporting as needed
* Organize and translate information into clearly written documentation and replicable processes
* Gather information on program management and compliance processes by creating surveys, conducting interviews, and researching existing documentation
* Prepare one-page summaries and multipage reports for both executive and broad audiences
* Conduct database queries and use automated systems to retrieve a variety of quantitative data, including develop new ways to assemble data sets from automated systems as necessary
* Analyze quantitative and qualitative information and create useful data visualizations (graphs and others)
* Ability to work independently and in a team setting and complete assigned work with minimal supervision
* Ability to work with Senior Government Executives

Qualifications

* Active Top Secret clearance
* Minimum 8 years of experience
* 5 years of experience in Technical Writing/Communications or comparable strong writing background
* Familiarity with the concept of performance metrics
* Experience in collecting and clarifying technical and/or legal information when writing for a lay audience
* Bachelor's degree required
