Job Description

We are currently seeking a Share.
Point Online Developer.
Administrator. This position will perform hands-on tasks to manage and maintain our Share.
Point tenants and related technologies and maintain sites hosted primarily in Share.
Point Online.
Office 365. This position will be responsible for configuring and customizing Share.
Point system according to specifications, building scalable web applications, writing and modifying code, and debugging software. This position will report to the Manager, Data Center. Roles


Provide administration of the following tools Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Share.
Point, and others in the O365 Suite. Managing and migrating legacy Share.
Point on-premise farms. End User support of complex Share.
Point issues. Manage and maintain external guest (non-employee) user access to Share.
Point systems. Monitor and manage Share.
Point system security to prevent attacks, data loss, etc. Perform daily site creation tasks, MA
Cs involving permissionssite access, etc. Record and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services. Ensure service delivery meets the business requirements (based on defined SLAs). Serve as the Share.
Point Subject Matter Expert for internal and external clients. Stay informed of changes to Share.
Point Online functionality that can impact Tetra Tech or its clients. Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation and resolution in line with the sourcing governance framework. Collaborate and resource with other IT staff to facilitate effective issue resolution. Regularly update documentation of Share.
Point infrastructure. Work alongside customer's O365 team to develop best practices for governance and settings for the various tools in the enterprise. Provide advanced level troubleshooting, as needed, to support service desk tickets for end users.

Required Experience

5+ years of experience with onsite Share.
Point environment administration and customization. 2+ years of Share.
Point Online and Office 365 administration experience. About our Company
