Required:
5+ years of work experience in Scrum master role and should be well versed in multiple Agile methodologies and familiar with all Agile principles
Should have experience in SAFE implementation. & well versed in JIRA & JiraAlign
Work experience with JAVA projects

Nice to Have
Telecom domain knowledge
Working experience as business analyst and technical delivery manager role
Knowledge on Springboot and Micro services concepts

Job Description

Should play the role of scrum master for two or more scrum teams
Client facing role which involves offshore coordination as well.
Daily calls with offshore in IST hours morning
Should ensure the scrum team is able to deliver as expected and bring in continuous improvement to teams velocity
Should handle and will be responsible for all sprint ceremonies for scrum teams responsible (planning, retro, demo etc.)
Sprint wise reports and decks to be presented to client managers
Escalation management
