Project Leader

Responsible for overall coordination, development and implementation of one or multiple simultaneous complexlarge project(s). Provides a single point of contact for projects on behalf of the business and project resources. Engages resources and coordinates the efforts of team members and internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver projects according to plan. Defines the projects objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle. Management of large complex projects. Acts as extension of the business to ensure needs are met through the project life cycle OR acts as the voice of the business, representing and driving the business interests throughout the project life cycle Partners with all business support and technical resources to align the business model. Partners with PMO on large projects to define the program structure, report and update status, identify risks, facilitates change control and monitormanage progress. Works with leadership to define the desired business model and ushers the changes through full introduction to the business Works with legalcompliance, product, customer experience, marketing, and other partner organization teams as well as systems to evolve the business solutions and manage change. Coordination of resources, both internal and external. Managing expectations and ensuring the project is on time and meets expectations. Ensuring all parties have the necessary requests and information to be successful. Creates and maintains project plans for largecomplex projects. Tracking the tasks and holding meetings to review and complete the project. Train and support other Project Leaders End users, training teams and other support group to ensure business continuity post launch Including new hire training and mentoring, assisting in new product rollouts to the team, helping team members identify resources and to validate alignment across the organizationrsquos project portfolio. Manage day-to-day client interaction throughout the project. Sets and manages client expectations, answer questions, setup meetings, continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships within the project landscape. Creates a system of reports and monitoring to track progress and identify problems. Leads the effort to find solutions that keep project on track and within budget. Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Must be comfortable escalating and communicating challenging issues that jeopardize project success professionally and without bias. Bachelor's Degree. Masterrsquos Degree desired.
FINRA Fingerprinting Series 6 permitted but not required Equivalent job experience considered Project Management skills to successfully manage complex development projects. Excellent organizational multi-tasking, project and timeline planning, leadership, judgment, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills Ability to set goals and work with little direction
