Senior Director of Product Management (Web and Ecommerce)

Your Career.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product to execute our business launch offering and experience for both marketing and ecommerce experiences.
Maintain a strong understanding of available technologies and apply technology solutions to get us to market fast and efficiently.
Define the mechanics, success criteria and execution of the customer evaluation, purchase and renewal experiences.
Work with engineering and design to define and design a launch MVPCollaborate with other key stakeholders (e.g., legal, security, etc.) to ensure product features meet all security and privacy requirements.
Work closely with GTM and Ops to create an industry leading shopping experience that bridges the gap between physical and digital retail.
Deliver upon new customer acquisition and customer retention goals as key enablers of planned top line growth.
Make data driven decisions while constantly testing and learning and consistently providing post-program ROI analysis paired with consumer insights to make recommendations to increase sales and drive a premium brand experience.
Your Experience.
Product

Experience

- 8+ years of consumer internet / ecommerce product management experience, preferably at a growth-stage startup. Great intuition around what makes a product engaging and easy to use across devices.
Technical background with an understanding of software development principles and / or a creative background a plus.
Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
Ability to translate complex business processes and functional requirements into a technical solution design, architecture and data flows.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to inspire others, including demonstrated experience managing and leading strong teams.
Ability to build relationships cross-functionally with multiple teams from areas such as Analytics, Engineering and User Experience.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Hire and develop the best: you value coaching your team and developing leaders. You have a demonstrated track record of hiring strong talent and moving them through the organizationA BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering or technology related degree.
Advanced degree, e.g., MBA, MS, preferred
