Senior Product Manager, Abuse and Fraud Prevention, Trust

As a Senior Product Manager for Abuse and Fraud Prevention in the Trust team, you will play a key role in building out our next generation of bot detection systems to keep bad actors and behavior off our platform. We are looking for someone with in-depth experience in fighting fraud and abuse with a passion for keeping our members safe. In this role, you will collaborate closely with several teams that span LinkedIn, including other PMs in the product organization, and design, engineering, data science, program management, business operations, and product marketing.

Responsibilities


+ Provide thought leadership on building the next generation of bot detection systems.
+ Build and deliver the vision, strategy and product roadmap for the team in partnership with engineering, data science, machine learning, and trust and safety teams.
+ Authoring functional specs and business requirements related to systems and features to detect and stop abuse and fraud on our platform.
+ Partnering with engineering teams on the design and implementation of scalable solutions to prevent and detect abusive bots on the platform.
+ Helping to define policies for areas of abuse prevention working cross-functionally with a variety of teams.

Basic Qualifications


+ Experience in technical architecture of scalable web applications products.
+ 7+ years of Product Management experience; 4+ years experience working on products related to Information Security or Abuse/Fraud Prevention.
+ BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experience.

+ Strong organizational as well as verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent relationship skills; Ability to establish credibility and rapport with technical and non-technical team members and to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to understand business and technical requirements and "speak the language" of the various stakeholders.
