URBN's Production and Sourcing team is seeking a Temporary Product Development & Production Coordinator!
This role will provide support to the Sourcing department located in our Corporate HQ in Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

  • Support and partner with multiple Production, Product Development, and Technical Design team members within our brands.
  • Accurately input data and style information into our web based system.
  • Track production samples using Excel to manage data flow and calendar.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Required Experience

    &

    Education

  • Strong computers skills are required.
  • Candidate must possess senior level experience working in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Ability to make decisions independently with minimal direction.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task in a very fast paced and high volume environment.
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • High level of integrity with regard to the confidential nature of the position.
  • Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work within deadlines.
  • Team player.
