Office Manager

OFFICE MANAGER

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be able to pivot and multi-task as required while retaining information. We need an articulate individual with a "can do and will take charge" attitude who has excellent communication skills, good emotional intelligence and outstanding organizational skills.

Duties include answering phones and recording accurate client information, filing, managing a CRM database, collecting and entering timesheet information, managing spreadsheets, ordering materials and scheduling deliveries, maintaining schedules and communicating with clients, field and office personnel. Web design and SEO knowledge are a plus.

Salary range $ 38,000 - $ 42, 000 per year

Schedule

- Monday to Friday

A minimum of 1 years experience in the Construction industry

A minimum of 2 years in the Office Administrative field
