Skype for Business / Messaging Engineer

Job Description

4+ years of experience with Skype for Business Online/Teams.
4+ years of experience with Audiocodes and Polycom products.
Manage meetings, including meeting policies, configurations, and conference bridges.
Manage voice, including calling policies and phone number inventory and assignment.
Manage messaging, including messaging policies.
Manage all org-wide settings, including federation, teams upgrade, and teams client set.
Manage the teams in the organization and their associated settings, including membership (group management supported via Power.
Shell, team management in the Teams admin center).
View user profile page and troubleshoot user call quality problems using advanced troubleshooting toolset.
Access, monitor and troubleshoot tenant's call quality and reliability using data exposed in Call Quality Dashboard (CQD) down to the users impacted by poor call quality.
Create new reports, update and remove reports as needed.
Upload and update CQD building data.
Hands-on, configuration, troubleshooting, and management experience of IM&P, A/V conferencing, web conferencing, desktop sharing, PP
T sharing, Office 365 UM, and SFBO.
Configuration, troubleshooting and management experience of QoE, CQD(Call Quality Dashboard), Call analysis, Skype for Business Monitor & Reporting, and UC Commander.
Knowledge of core concepts AD, Group Policies, Certificates, federation, DNS, SQL, and Load balancing.
Extensive Hands-on, configuration, troubleshooting, and management experience of Audio.
Codes products (BToE, CCE, Audiocodes, One Voice Operations Center, Mediant 1000, SPS, SBA, MP124, SBC).
Configuration, troubleshooting, and management of EMS, SEM, and Smart Tap.
Configuration, troubleshooting, and management of Polycom Provisioning Tool and Attendant Pro.
Configuration, troubleshooting, and management experience of devices (450 HD, 405 HD, Trio 500, Trio 8800, RealPresence Trio 8800).
Configuration, troubleshooting, and management of SFB along with Voice.
Coordination with third-party vendors.
Day to day operation for the incident, change management, and problem management related to but not limited to Skype for Business and Audio.
Codes.
Configuration, troubleshooting, and management of SIP and PSTN trunks.
Analyze and isolate problems and issues while leading problem bridges while being available for second-level on-call support when needed.
Power.
Shell experience, specifically for automating administrative tasks.
Polycom phones, SF
B client troubleshooting.
