Wholesale Payments - Merchant Services - FCAC Compliance Manager - VP

Primary Responsibilities

Become an expert on the FCAC Code and the impact on the business and our partners. Provide SME knowledge support to the CDN Business on all aspects of the CDN Code of Conduct, to assist with formatting and updating of policies and procedures, product/service development and delivery, pricing items, and business development and relationship management issues. Coordinate writing and submission of Reportable Compliance Issues (RCIs) on behalf of the CDN Business and its downstream participants Coordinate reporting requirements to the FCAC related to the Code of Conduct (complaints, etc.) Ensure internal training materials on the code are up to date and are included in mandatory training to all impacted team members Create internal and external FAQ's and talking points to aid front-line team members' daily client interactions Develop documentation and escalation processes for internal or external parties who are not compliant with the code. Partner with the BU to ensure FCAC Code compliance is included in goals] Responsible for the Annual Certification to the Payment Brands for the Canadian business - including Annual Security Compliance Programs. Responsible for partnering with the business to manage and address all follow-up inquiries from the Payment Card Networks Provide documentation that validates annual compliance to the FCAC Code. This includes: Collect/aggregate downstream participant responses with CMS responses Submit AOC and address follow-up inquiries with Payment Card Networks Submit RCIs as required to support the AOC Manage compliance to the code, including completion of RCIs by CMS and its downstream partners Partner with the business and other cross-functional teams to complete the 3-year FCAC Market review. This includes managing/addressing all follow-up inquiries from the Payment Card Networks Oversee and manage the control and governance environment, including current focus on outsourced activity Drive the integration of Merchant Services into the CIB controls framework Gather, analyze and interpret internal and external data to design action plans against any business or audit-identified issues Collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups including risk, compliance, business management and regional controls officers Ideal candidates would be able to do the following: Be comfortable working in a start-up culture; roll up your sleeves and build Stay current on industry and regulatory trends Be a strategic thinker who supports the goals and direction of the Canadian business while ensuring we are meeting our regulatory requirements Be a strong self-starter who can proactively educate internal and external parties. Have experience engaging with third party partners and clients to inform, influence and negotiate to meet business needs Possess senior level interpersonal skills such as influence management, negotiation, and analytical/problem solving skills Have strong oral and written presentation skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience 10 years of experience in information technology program management or consulting experience Strong knowledge and understanding of Payments industry, products, and services Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Experience working in an Agile environment Proven leadership skills in developing and building collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across lines of business to achieve objectives Proven experience utilizing data and information to drive business results, provide compelling recommendations and inform effective decision making Strong presence and ability to convey complex information clearly Proven progressive leadership, management, execution, coaching, and influencing skills JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
