Job Title: Zone Manager.
Department: Field Management Reports to: Regional Operations Manager.
Employment Type: Salaried Full Time

Job Summary

The Zone Manager manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a zone and is responsible for ensuring all required tasks are carried out by all employees in his/her designated zone.
Essential

Responsibilities

- Manages multiple retail locations with agents, assistant managers and managers within a designated geographic zone.
- Monitors sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each manager and store based on goals set for each location and the whole zone.
- Discuss monthly goals with Managers and Agents to formulate strategies to accomplish goals and meet monthly targets.
- Designs and recommends regional sales and marketing promotions and sets short- and long-term retail sales strategies for the zone.
- Responsible for hiring and training all retail employees/staff.
- Will assist in employee onboarding to ensure they are adjusting their job duties and includes, but is not limited to teaching, training and aiding employees in their general duties. Additional

Responsibilities

- Delegates tasks to employees to keep business running smoothly.
- Ensure all company policies are always adhered to by all employees.
- Monitors staff for attendance and other discipline issues, such as cell phone use, personal calls, and employee performance of job functions and works the HROP to take disciplinary action as needed.
- Conduct and lead monthly meetings with their subordinates and their reporting directors.
- Promotes positive attitude to ensure excellent customer service when Agents are interacting with our customers as well as with the other Agents daily.
- Motivating team to meet goals.
- Willingness to share job knowledge or experience with Agents and coach employees on proven sales strategies.
- Track and report all maintenance/Security issues

Requirements

- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
- Basic Computer knowledge and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
- Demonstrated intermediate to advanced written communication skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and verbal communications skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision.
- Ability to work flexible schedule and travel.
- Ability to quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software is necessary.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.

Education

&

Experience

- High School Diploma required
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience required
- Current County Mutual License, required (Current Property &Casualty License a plus, will be required to obtain within designate timeframe upon hire) Physical
