Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Lead Identity Access Management Analyst to join our Information Security Management team.

Position Summary

The Lead Identity Access Management Analyst is primarily responsible for: Departmental attestation program: Work with business owners and security coordinators to ensure non-standard access across the three platforms (LAN, Mainframe, Infuse) is thoroughly reviewed and signed off annually. Process resulting AccessIT requests. Security Coordinator Program: Maintain relationships with security coordinators which includes training related to general security awareness and ISM processes. Maintain Security Coordinator Share.
Point site. SailPoint: Utilize tool and become familiar with processes related to roles and attestations. Execute on plan to transition to online attestations. Produce reporting as needed.
Shared Drives: Execute on ownership discovery and attestation. Supervise one staff member.
Responsibilities include: Responsible for working to oversee and protect BBH information systems and computing environments by defining, implementing, and executing access management implementations, access privileges, control structures and resources as defined by RCA management.
Supports the day-to-day operations as it relates to the bank's attestation programs (departmental and application), the defining of access roles, security coordinator training and other access control related issues for employees.
Responsible for support of compliance and coordination of the enterprise IT security stance following Information Security Management (ISM) policies.
Assists in coordinating or executing user access changes as a result of attestation reviews.
Obtains required data for support of metrics related to access control.
Escalates related application issues that violate business policies.
Responsible for understanding and responding to business needs and requirements.
Ensures control gaps are identified and escalated.
Provide support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence.
Administer user system and data entitlements, across multiple platforms and applications.
Assist in implementing and modifying user entitlements, as it relates to the rollout of new applications.
Generate and ensure the accuracy of entitlement reports.
Review requests for new systems or changes to existing systems and evaluate the impact to security.
Training of Security Coordinators on ISRM processes and workflows.
Participate in application security design initiatives to provide a security administration and security coordinator perspective to the process.
Engage in ongoing communications with peers in technical development groups as well as the various business groups to ensure enterprise wide understanding of security goals, to solicit feedback and to foster co-operation.
Provide consultation to the business on security policies and issues.
Provide security assistance on all assigned IT projects.
Enforce IT security policies, guidelines, standards and procedures.
Participate in application security design initiatives to provide a security administration and security coordinator perspective to the process.
Coordinate/Manage small- medium user access related projects (e.g., larger attestation review cleanups, special provisioning projects, etc...)Assist in the deployment, integration and initial configuration of all new security solutions and of any enhancements to existing security solutions in accordance with standard best operating procedures generically and the enterprise's security documents specifically.
Collaborate with internal Access & Identity Systems Management (AISM) team to ensure product compliance with business requirement.
Assist in the evaluation and implementation of ISM products and procedures as determined by management to enhance security productivity and effectiveness.
Support of peer business users to meet required attestation regulations.
Candidate Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or 5+ plus years equivalent experience managing projects or a process3-5+ years of experience in identity access management administration (a plus)Experience in coordinating/managing small to medium scale security administration related projects/tasks.
Experience in the financial services industry (a plus)Training and/or experience with risk based approach.
Experience with security awareness training (a plus)Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong relationship and people management skills. Experience with standard desktop tools, including Microsoft Office. Ability to handle multiple priorities, while meeting deadlines. Knowledge of security administration technology, tools, platforms and data retrieval techniques (a plus)Familiarity of Systems Development Life
- Cycle.
