Human Resource Coordinator

Our opportunity: This very impactful position is responsible for the employee onboarding experience ensuring our new employees navigate this process successfully as well as supporting our existing team members. The HR Coordinator also focuses on compliance, talent acquisition, employee engagement and the performance appraisal process. Core

Responsibilities

Conducts new employee orientation Responsible for the employee onboarding process Responsible for HR compliance with respect to ongoing employee training, assessments and related documentation Assists with worker's compensation, unemployment appeals and employee relations as requested Assists in planning and executing employee morale activities Updates HRIS as needed REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma or GED equivalent with 4 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist position OR Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 2 years experience in a Human Resources generalist position Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid Driver's License with an excellent driving record PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years experience in a Human Resources generalist position within the healthcare field Human Resources Professional Certification Experience working in the Mental Health/Substance Abuse field Compensation package includes: Medical/Dental/Vision 401K with match Company paid life and AD&D, supplemental life STD/LTD Vacation/sick/extended sick/personal/holiday Free on-site fitness center, meals and employee discount program While HR may not provide direct patient care, we are an instrumental part of the patient care process.
