HR Coordinator

Our Client in Fresno is looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team. This is an onsite role.
Hours: M-F 8am 5pm
Contract role Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Employee Specialist with the day to day functions such as local onboarding and assimilation support, job bidding process, attendance tracking.
  • Assisting with Compliance reporting
  • Principle need as administrative focusing on filing, organizing and basic data entry.
  • There may be additional opportunities to support other functions of recruiting or training but principally would be clerical.
Minimum

Education

Required:
  • HS diploma
  • Other Required Experience/Qualifications:
  • Microsoft 365
  • High attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
