DescriptionResponsible to provide technical expertise and application support for EDI, information systems, interfaces and supporting business processes. Expected to take ownership of business service and maintain stability and provide continual improvements to all aspects of business information services.
Primary ResponsibilitiesBusiness Information Services o Serviceteam Coordination o Electronic Data Interchange Services o Historical Data Services o Data Management, inflight and at rest o Report Building Tools o Report Creation.
Building o Data Compliance Participate in projects as needed Work cooperatively and effectively with other employees and colleagues. Adhere to ITSM processes Represent Coffee.

ResponsibilitiesSecond Line Support IT Business Applications Business Information Services Adhere to company policies and protocols After hours support and maintenance as necessary Travel as necessary Project support as necessary End user training for new IT Business Applications Information Services.
Processes Problem Solver for Business Application and Information services operation and metrics. Required skillsabilities 2 yearsrsquo experience with EDI support ANSI X12 experience preferred EDIFACT experience a plus Database experience preferred Service Desk Experience preferred Network knowledge and experience a plus Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work within project methodologies a plus Ability to adhere to defined processes and procedures and suggest improvements Basic ITIL Certification a plus
