Director Network Relations
- Ohio

Responsible for managing complex relationships across the provider network. Directs the activities related to the development and maintenance of the company's physician and provider delivery system through the provider relations representatives. Accountable for provider service, education and escalated issue resolution. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Directs the communication and complaint resolution strategies between physicians, hospitals, members, and the public. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
