Associate Director, Digital Investment

Canvas is seeking an exceptionally talented Digital Investment Associate Media Director candidate, who specializes in Digital Media Plan Development, Campaign Execution and Management, and Performance Analysis. Reporting to the Director, the Associate Media Director (AMD) will be responsible for leading a team of Digital Specialists on one or more accounts.
Works closely with Strategy leads to understand client information, campaign media objectives and strategies and synthesize into digital ideas.
Leverages digital knowledge and experience to push innovative thinking.
Create and present Digital media plans recommendations internally and to clientsSet meaningful team goals and objectives that meet and balance client, company and team needs.
Ability to work with minimal supervision managing clients, media partners, internal teams and overall product delivery.
Review all work thoroughly to ensure high quality standards.
Work closely with analytics team to monitor, report and drive insights on campaign performance.
Participate and lead team brainstorms to launch plans.
Guide the team in analyzing proposals and partner negotiations.
Manage day-to-day communication with key partners: Top level vendors, preferred partners, etc. Bachelor’s degree preferred5-8 years of experience in Media Strategy or Planning, with emphasis on Digital media.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate to internal managers and clients.
Solid understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, media concepts and terms, and creative and budget requirements.
High level proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office products as well as planning tools.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through.
Extremely detail-oriented and precise.
Digitally Savvy: Personally uses digital media, demonstrates passion about emerging media, Google Analytics, Google Images, ability to search and research topics, etc. Salary and Benefits.
