Desktop Support Engineer
Job Description- Desktop Support Engineer DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER Dallas, TX We are hiring for a Desktop Support Engineer who will solely support 200-300 users. We are looking for someone with experience working as the single point of contact for technical support, while providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, enjoy engaging and supporting users in person and comfortable working as a subject matter expert. What You'll Do Provide all levels of support for end user connectivity and software issues IT vendor evaluation and pricing research Printer.
Workstation setup and support PCNetwork connectivity support Application Installation and software breakfix for PCs Mobile phone configuration and support Support ticket monitoring while meeting SLA's Troubleshooting and 3rd party coordination for support of IP Video Conferencing systems and VOIP phones Skills.
ExperienceYou'll Need 8 years of IT Support in an enterprise environment Executive support experience preferred Bachelor's Degree andor Certifications preferred Hosted VOIP supportaccount management preferred Experience with Outlook and Office 365 support Outstanding customer service skills Excellent communication, both written and verbal This position is in a business professional environment. This position has some flex time scheduling around core hours for support. There is occasional after-hours support needed. Reliable transportation is mandatory to commute between local offices as needed.
