Data Analytics Architect (Contract-to-Hire)

Heath is partnering with a client in Denver, CO looking to add a Data Analytics Architect to their team. The role is a Contract-to
- Hire position, converting to permanent at 3 months.


The Data Analytics Architect is responsible for architecting and designing the Wireless Commercial data integrations, data models, fully-automated analytics modules catering to our clients' business team needs and the analytics product offerings in the marketplace for Commercial customers. The architect will be a thought leader and will be ideating scenarios that provide high value insights using our clients Wireless data from BSS, OSS, NSS or external sources to business, customers and partners. The architect will collaborate with other architecture teams in defining guiding principles and guardrails aligning with security, privacy, compliance and regulations. This individual will play an active role in ensuring deliverables are aligned to the end-state architecture. Responsibilities will vary, but ultimately include Provide subject matter and technical expertise on Wireless Analytics and guide the organization achieve and maintain data-driven decision making Architect new data solutions and help troubleshoot and improve existing solutions Understand business needs and analytics product offerings to architect and design Commercial data and analytics architecture Always stay up-to-date on new industry trends on analytics and propose solutions Define and maintain Architecture principles, guidelines and key best practices and ensure alignment across analytics implementations Evaluate and recommend appropriate software to deliver analytics solutions Support Analytics leads in hiring an exceptional Data Analytics team Work with business teams, define ROI business value for data analytics products Consult on technical, product vision and long term plan for the data analytics team Brainstorm ideas and execute proof-of-concepts and prototypes Analyze and breakdown complex program level challenges and resolve them Identify, evaluate and assess risks to mitigate them Consult teams and technology partners to develop high-level designs ensure alignment with architecture and assess cost and efforts Skills, Experience and


5 years as a Data Analytics Architect in the wireless andor telecom space esp., in Sales, Marketing, Retention, Product, Revenue and Partner Management etc 10 years of hands-on experience with architecture, development and delivery of secure, reliable and scalable big data solutions using agile methodologies Expert in architecting highly performant SQL based solutions delivered using file feeds, Data-as-a
- Service APIs, streaming data analytics and BI tools like Tableau Experience architecting analytics solutions that align with strategic business and IT visions of the organization Experience in cloud technologies (like AWS) and data analytics platforms Experience with architecting self-service analytics, fully automated, configuration driven, extensible solutions Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment across different geographies and vendors Experience engaging in programs with multiple stakeholder organizations Experience with establishing Data Governance rules aligning with stakeholders Experience facilitating Data Governance Steering Committees Experience identifying, defining and applying data quality improvements Good grasp with hands-on experience of predictive prescriptive AIClient solutions Excellent planning, coordination and writtenverbal communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Organizational and leadership skills Ability to strategize, adapt and deep dive into new technologies Strong desire to learn new things and continually improve
