Were seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator familiar with insurance water mitigation and reconstruction to work with clients, insurance adjusters, and our technicians. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the schedule is created and being followed daily, all files are under compliance, and being the direct point of contact of the client.
A successful candidate for the Customer Care Coordinator role has excellent customer service and communication skills, is detail-oriented, a serious multi-tasker, and self-motivated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity.
  • Monitor and ensure clients timelines are being met.
  • Review and validate initial field documentation signed by clients.
  • Maintain internal and external communications.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
  • Monitor and maintain job file status on our system daily.
  • Schedule technicians and subcontractors to go out to projects daily.
  • Assist your division's supervisor with any necessary paperwork or scheduling.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-year(s) office-related experience
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with writing job file processes and quality assurance is a plus
  • Must have a valid Driver's license and copy of current driving history issued by DMV
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A background check is required
  • Ability to learn new software systems
