Complete Customer Care (C3) Coordinator

Description.
Join our team as a Complete Customer Care (C3) Coordinator!
The C3 Coordinator will provide administrative support to the entire Service department along with retention and growth for our customer base, including: First point of contact for inbound inquiries from customers. Coordinates and completes customer orders. Accounts Receivable and Payable support. Support for the end-of-day route settlement process. Generate various reports out of multiple systems. Update and maintain customer records in related company data systems. Human Resources liaison at branch for orientation and document management.

Qualifications

Diploma or GED2 years customer service or administrative support in an office setting.
Strong analytical, problem solving and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail orientated, with ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
Ability to establish rapport with a diverse group of business contacts.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, Power.
Point, and Excel Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of up to 25 lbs. Requires frequent performing of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Previous sales and/or service experience in the uniform rental industry.
Bilingual English & Spanish.
