This role is responsible for the implementation of and ongoing evolution of the compliance training program, communications program, and policy management program, as required by the Corporate Compliance and Business Practices department. The Associate Director serves as an integral member of the Corporate Compliance team and is expected to influence the strategic direction of Endo s Compliance Training and Communication Programs. The Associate Director will also facilitate the creation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. This position partners with key internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure an efficient and effective compliance program with demonstrable adherence to defined standards. All incumbents are responsible for following applicable Division & Company policies and procedures. Scope of Authority - span of control (work unit, site, department, division, etc.), monetary value of budget/spend authority ( capital, operating, etc.), P&L responsibility, etc. Reports to the Compliance Officer Operations and is responsible for developing and maintaining Compliance training and communications for all Endo business entities, included aesthetics, generics and branded business areas. Develop, implement, and maintain a best-in-class training/LMS program to ensure proper alignment with corporate objectives. This includes the following

Responsibilities

Develop, expand, and enhance the global Compliance training program (i.e., US and International training). Take proactive measures to expand and revise current training activities to address/reflect changes in law, regulations, policies, and to align with industry trends and best practices. Accountable for defining any compliance gaps in training and designing and implementing actions to address gaps. Responsible for the development and implementation of an effective, role-based compliance training curriculum. Evaluate, implement and maintain an efficient training tracking system across the enterprise. Develop, implement and maintain a compliance on-boarding training program for all new hires and employees of newly-acquired companies. Develop compliance training metrics for management review. Manage language translations and delivery where needed.35%Communications.
Manage all Compliance communications, including: Responsible for drafting, facilitating reviews, and finalizing Compliance communications materials (newsletters, emails, web pages, etc.). Take proactive measures to expand and improve Compliance communications strategies and tactics. Lead Compliance communications and branding to ensure consistent messaging to Endo community. Develop and maintain corporate external and internal web page content with respect to Endo s Corporate Compliance Program, CIA Transparency and Reporting requirements, and compliance policies, tools and other resources.20%Policy Management Manage the Compliance policies and procedures, which includes working with document owners to ensure timely and efficient review/approval process. Ensure all Compliance policies and procedures meet Endo standards and are stored in central repository. Assist with roll-out of new and revised policies and procedures. Manage language translations and delivery where needed.10%Management.
Manage activities and performance of outside resources to ensure an effective training/LMS infrastructure exists, compliance training content is current, all U.S. and International employees and contractors receive the appropriate training, and all corporate training requirements and deadlines are met. Maintain and apply knowledge of learning processes, instructional design tools and techniques, both e-learning and facilitator-led to daily activities. Ensure all training content and employee training lists are current, delivered annually, and completed by relevant deadlines. Provide training documentation needed for annual SOX Code of Conduct audit as well as Corporate Compliance and HR request as needed. Manage Corporate Compliance Training Calendar and Communication Plan for Endo and its international affiliates and subsidiaries. Develops, manages and implements the annual Compliance Communication Plan25%Total100%Qualifications.

Education

& Experience.
Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience and certifications required for the job Bachelor s degree in a related field is preferred or combination of education and equivalent experience. Ten (10) + years of training related experience in a regulated industry or eight (8) + years with a Master s degree.
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device compliance programs. Experience implementing enterprise-wide corporate compliance training program highly preferred. Experience in creating and delivering compliance communications highly preferred. Experience managing policies and procedures and/or working with a document management system highly preferred. Experience with cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with others. Knowledge.
Proficiency in a body of information required for the job e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six
- Sigma, etc. Knowledge of training/LMS delivery methods High-level working knowledge of various laws, regulations, and industry guidance that affect Endo s compliance program, such as fraud and abuse and anti-kickback statutes, PDMA, PhRMA guidelines, federal and state aggregate spend reporting laws, and corporate integrity agreements (CIAs)

Point) are required Cultural awareness and proven ability to work with a wide range of cultures.
Physical Requirements.
Physical & mental requirements e.g. lift 40 pounds, walk across plant/warehouse, business travel (% of time), driving as part of work responsibilities, etc. Office environment.
