File Clerk 2nd Shift

  • Our client is a global leader in mortgage service. Company seeking File Clerks to be based in their Santa Ana, CA offices. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking an entry level clerical opportunity with great advancement opportunity.
    We are hiring for 1st shift.
    The hours 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm Monday to Friday.
    This position pays $18.00/hr. All employees must be able to work one Sunday every 4 weeks.
    Shifts are subject to change after COVID-19 Pandemic is over
    2:30 pm to 10:30 pm with a Sunday Once a every 4 weeks.

    Responsibilities for File Clerk include:

  • Sorting mortgage documents by loan number
  • Filing back the documents in a large file room warehouse environment
  • Copying and scanning documents
  • Pulling requested files from shelves for shipment back to clients
  • Auditing files for accuracy
  • Data entry
  • Labeling boxes
  • Ladder use daily
  • Lifting 35LBS
  • Must be comfortable with numbers as the filing is all numeric. Must be able to work in fast paced environment.

    All candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
    A copy will be needed. We also Fingerprint all talent for this client.
