Claims Department Trainer - Fort Worth, TX

This position is full - time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am
- 5:00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 300 Burnett Street, Fort Worth TX 76102.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assess the training and organizational development needs within the claims department

  • Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials

  • Provide leadership within the classroom environment

  • Report training metrics and generate training related reports

  • Develop and manage online training tools and training materials

  • Other projects as assigned by management

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • 2+ years of presentation and facilitation experience

  • Previous experience creating and implementing training processes and procedures

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher)

  • Previous adult classroom training experience

  • 2+ years of claims insurance experience
