CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SUPPORTING COMMERCIAL AND PUBLIC SECTOR CLIENTSWe are looking for Customer Service Representative to support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office processing representatives for commercial and public sector support positions.  In this roles, you will handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot basic technical issues, assist callers with product, process related inquiries, and professionally represent some of the most recognizable brands in the world.   There are a wide variety of project openings available.  Schedules vary by site and program however we can usually find something that works for everyone. As a highly trained expert on products, technology, and business process you will work on behalf of some of the most recognized brands in the world.  This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week, resolving support issues and ensuring best in class customer experience.   Our Customer Support Specialists are responsible for the following tasks: Assist customers, handle inquiries, provide resolutions.
Professionally maintain existing client relationships Learn customer service, program knowledge, empathy.
Escalate customer dissatisfaction appropriately.
Utilize systems to complete account management.

Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
