Compensation

Base salary + commissionincentives We are looking for an experienced Account ManagerBDMSales Executive in our office in Fremont, CA. A proven track record of success in selling IT Staffing Services. Your mission is to strategically identify potential clients, who regularly utilize contract andor contract-to-hire IT Staff augmentation services. Responsible for identifying new accounts, cultivating existing accounts, and continuously networking to enhance in the IT staffing market. Generate IT Staffing sales leads and place IT professionals with prospect Clients. Work effectively with senior IT executives, middle management, human resources departments, hiring managers, project managers, and line- decision influencers in the marketing and technology disciplines Identify key customer influencers, decision-makers, executives and develop relationships within each account. Develop and maintain client relationships Perform outbound calls to key decision-makers, build the relationship, follow up consistently and obtain job order to staff for their company. Understanding the Client Requirements thoroughly and work hand in hand with the recruitment team to fulfill them Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of targeted opportunities on a continual basis.

Required Skills

Experience 510 years of solid experience in selling IT Projects Solutions and IT Staffing services Well understanding of IT Staffing Consulting Services Industry. Well experienced in account management relationship management account penetration Have a proven track record in new client acquisition and business development, ideally with a staffing organization or in a service-related industry. Penetrate new business through over the phonein-person meetingspresentations with key client managers and senior executives. Manage directly all aspects of a sales process with a minimum need for constant supervision. Generate new business prospects through telephone calls and participation in networking organizationsevents. Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, including experience with C-Level Executives and Business Owners.
