Right now, we are seeking a hard-working Business Development Manager for a full-time position with Alliance Solutions Group. The focus will be to develop business in Accounting/Finance and Corporate Services (back office space). The ideal candidate will generate temporary staffing job orders and exhibit strong leadership skills. This is not a typical 8-5 position, but an opportunity to grow an area of discipline to new heights while learning and growing as an individual. The potential is endless.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs an integral member of our internal staff, you will conduct business development activities for an assigned business unit. Additional duties required for a Business Development Manager:
New business development and client service focusing on your respective brand Develop new business by building business relationships with decision makers using the telephone, email, texts and client visits Build strong relations with clients with the goal of becoming a trusted business partner Identify interim, special project and direct hire opportunities.
Handle clients and prospective clients using a consultative sales approach Work with Brand Leader and Recruiters to match talent to opportunities.
Present qualified talent to clients Negotiate pricing and contracts Ensure client expectations are met for every engagement Actively participate in relevant professional organizations
RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, you must be able to problem solve and a leader. As a Business Development Manager you will be identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner while gathering information skillfully. Being a strong communicator is a must. General
Job RequirementsOral communicationthe individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates comprehension Planning/organizingthe individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans Proven ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels including the C-Suite.
Driven to exceed Revenue and Gross Margin production goals.
Customer facing and will set appointments weekly with new prospects and clients.
Develop new client business, new lead generation Ability to be promoted into sales management or operational management Ability to work independently.
