Job Description

As a Business Analyst
- Clinical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting business decisions by working closely with service deliver groups (such as IT, Reporting, etc.,) to establish initiatives and strategies to improve and optimize daily operations and reduce project costs. The ideal candidate will need a strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements as well as the understanding of key performance indicators. General Duties Contributes to the maintenance of appropriate technical documentation necessary for IT Operations, training, workflow and analysis. Provides application support to user requests, including dictionary configuration, functionality troubleshooting, custom reports, training and workflow analysis. Monitors clinical applications to ensure systems are running at optimal performance levels. Experience in supporting and or managing Clinical Applications Solutions. Participates in identifying and providing input for solutions and improvements to our clinical systems. Works with the clients Solutions Team in operational and organizational analysis to identify areas of needed improvement. Designs workflows, processes, data flow and other solutions with clientrsquos systems and business practices. Participates in the process for successful deployments, including documentation of test plans, creation of test data, and evaluation of these results Responsibilities, Experience and


Defining Business requirements that outline problems, opportunities, and solutions to meet business objectives. Planning and monitoring of solutions to meet business needs. Reporting to stakeholders and senior leads. Identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements. Collaboration and partnership with other services lines. Demonstrates application functionality to appropriate personnel as requested. Participates in the deployments and projects of the Clients team. Works as an active member of the project team to adhere to project plans and statement of work documents related to the implementation of various team solutions. Functions as an analyst during the implementation phases of various Clients Solutions. Support and manage system improvement or process redesign Works with the Clients Team to ensure the overall success of all upgrades. Develops and maintains fundamental knowledge of clinical applications user functionality, whether implemented or not. Develops and maintains fundamental knowledge, at a server or back-end level, of Clinical application functionality. Develops and maintains fundamental knowledge, from a user perspective, of clinical applications workflow. Customer advocacy. Works closely with Clients customers to provide consultation on solutions to business problems. Creates the necessary professional documents outlining these solutions. Communicates and manages the project and task-based deliverables to customers and management on behalf of the Clients team. 5 to 8 yearsrsquo experience in a similar role
