SUMMARY Responsible for processing corporate actions in numerous global markets. Responsibilities include tracking, reporting, collection, execution, and distribution.
JOB FUNCTIONS

DUTIES

AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for processing all corporate action activity on global custody system. Researches information on new corporate actions. Prepares corporate action notifications for client distribution. Responsible for research and resolution of all customer inquiries. Reconciliation of cash and security position balances. Calculates client position entitlements for all corporate action activity. Keeps in constant communication with sub-custodians worldwide. Performs all other functions as assigned by management. Provides high quality work by ensuring accuracy and seeking to continuously improve our processes and platforms by embracing new and better ways of doing things.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelorrsquos degree in business or economics preferred. 1-3 years minimum banking operations experience with some or all in global custody preferred. Knowledge of finance fundamentals preferred. Strong mathematical and analytical skills required. Good oral and written communications.
