Who We Are Looking ForThis position requires the ability to multi-task, work well with a team, and provide excellent customer service on daily basis. This individual will need to be able to be a fast learner and thrive off in the exciting work environment of wearing various hats on their team to meet deadlines and branch goals. 1-2 years Administrative

Experience

Minimum 40 WPM typing speed.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word and O365Friendly, professional, helpful phone voice and etiquette.
Helpful, "go-getter" personality who enjoys going above and beyond for customers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills, assist with selling contracts.
Prior billing experience is a plus but not required.
Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Primary Responsibilities.
Provide excellent customer service.
Answering phones, routing phone calls to appropriate department.
Assist with billing, toner orders, service calls, scheduling, and customer contracts.
