Account Associate

Responsibilities

Complete all required curriculum modules of the Account Executive Development Program Complete all assignments as an active participant, including role play, classroom sessions, interaction with existing Account Executives Complete minimum 20 hours NMLS coursework and successfully pass the NMLS exam to demonstrate mortgage technical knowledge Consistently increase knowledge and understanding of company services and mortgage loan products Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Demonstrate ability to convert brokers into PennyMac customers At the successful completion of the Account Executive Development Program plus demonstrated ability to convert broker prospects into.
PennyMac customers, Account Associates will become Account.
ExecutivesAccount Executive Responsibilities are described below: Develop prospective accounts and manage all business opportunities Operate as a key point of contact for Brokers, Community Banks and Credit Unions Meet loan production goals through proactive and responsive telephone presentations and pipeline management activities Source new brokers on an ongoing basis through PennyMac sales and contact pipeline Counsel new and existing clients on mortgage loan solutions Facilitate instruction of online broker applications Build and maintain strong relationships with premier mortgage brokers Support client accounts products and pricing to provide the best loan solution for their customers Facilitate broker submissions of loan packages Manage pipeline and meet or exceed production goals Monitor ongoing performance of brokers Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
Ideal Candidate will have the following: Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution Sales and service oriented Demonstrated competency in meeting customer service standards Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment Ability to work both independently and as a team player Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude and competitive spirit Strong oral and written communication skills Strong presentation and sales skills with the ability to apply them via telephone Strong organizational skills Ability to multi task PC proficiency, with knowledge of MS Office tools, loan origination software and loan servicing software.
