  • The tests took place in coordination with North Dakotas Northern Plains UAS Test Site, Simulyze and Rockwell Collins.
  • When the DroneAware transmitter was flown, the transmission were received and decoded by receivers and transmitted to the Simulyze UAS Service Supplier (USS) platform, where it was communicated to the NASA UTM backbone.
  • The team also thanked to the Northern Plains UAS Test Site, Simulyze, Rockwell Collins and NASA for allowing and helping to achieve the first testing milestone.

20 APIs that prove what ML and prediction is capable of

[/vc_column_text] [vc_column_text el_class=”topfeed-summary-list”]

  • The API has a pretty big set of features, such as: – gender and age detection;attention measurement;emotion detection;ethnicity detection;finding a facial match (good news for security apps).3.
  • When a user puts in the URL of an image, the API is able to tell whether or not theres a celebrity on the photo and who exactly is pictured, like this: – Exept for this feature, there are a few others: – after sending a picture URL for analysis,…
  • The API not only analyzes faces but also pays attention to contextwhere is the person on the picture located, what objects are nearbyall this data provides a deeper understanding of a potential client, prospect, etc. – 6.
  • Still, its features are quite powerful: – defines multiple faces on the photo;the API detects the facial features of every face on the picture;JSON output is produced for every face as well.7.
  • Here are the main features of the API: – understands the contents of images;determines the age and gender of people on photos;finds similar images to the one previously analyzed;the API can be trained by the user who can create custom concepts.8.

Digitalisation could net data hoarders $673m in royalty

[/vc_column_text] [vc_column_text el_class=”topfeed-summary-list”]

  • Digitalisation in renewable energy (RE) is poised to become a major opportunity for revenue growth for OEMs, data analytics companies and data-rich asset owners as well.
  • Despite the broadening range of data analytics players competing in the renewables sector so far, no one company is dominant in the digital services space for wind energy, solar power or energy storage yet.
  • As more asset owners seek to unlock the value of their data, the independent data analytics companies or OEMs offering fully featured digital service functionality will see increased demand and fierce competition.
  • Key technologies that have already been patented, such as creating and using digital twins for asset performance enhancement or life extension, calculating remaining useful component life, or enhancing energy output in a simultaneously price-optimal and loads-minimal fashion, will create barriers to entry for many data analytics companies hoping to gain…
  • This IP asset disparity also creates negotiating leverage for OEMs to offer their digitally enhanced services as part of a long-term service agreement to project developers and owners, creating a hurdle for independent data-analytics companies or asset-management companies that have not done their homework to avoid IP infringements related to…
